This tool was designed for use in Google Sheets. It does not work in Apple Numbers as the formula structure is different. Most formulas will work in Excel, though we do not guarantee all formulas and processes function fully.

Very little! We have set this up to automate all formulas and processes. You will need to fill in your fee types and staff names on the lookup tab. We include instructions on the welcome page.

We will not be able to access your client data when you use our product. We recommend considering the privacy around Google Sheets and other cloud based products as security and compliance varies depending on whether you have a paid or free account.
